A formal confirmation that the GFS management board — Hussein Sultan Albawaneh and Shahid Imran — remains unchanged as the firm moves through its current work cycle.
Global Fine Solutions has issued a short continuity note confirming that its management board remains unchanged. The two board members — Hussein Sultan 'Abdullah Albawaneh and Shahid Imran — continue to serve in their governance roles at the firm.
The note was prompted by occasional third-party enquiries asking whether recent operational expansions (including the Muscat working-capital desk widening and the bilingual intake desk) reflected a governance change. They do not. Operational changes at Global Fine Solutions are decided within the existing management structure.
Governance oversight at GFS continues to focus on three core areas: ensuring every mandate sits within the firm's Commercial Registration and licensed activity scope; maintaining a risk-based AML/CFT and sanctions-screening posture; and keeping client documentation standards consistent across receivables finance, equipment work, and licensed debt collection.
Global Fine Solutions will publish further updates if the board composition changes. Until then, enquirers and instructing parties should treat earlier disclosures about governance as still current.
This note is informational. Photographs and fuller biographical details for board members will be published under the Leadership page when provided.
