Global Fine Solutions rolls out bilingual enquiry desk for Omani corporate clients

Arabic and English intake run in parallel across all GFS activity lines, with documented routing to the right desk and a two-business-day response target.

Global Fine Solutions has formalised a bilingual enquiry desk for Omani corporate clients, running Arabic and English intake in parallel across all of its activity lines — receivables finance, equipment sourcing and leasing, and licensed debt collection.

Clients submitting enquiries can expect a documented routing path to the relevant desk within the firm and a response within two business days during working hours. Correspondence is recorded, licence-scope checks are performed, and where a request falls outside Global Fine Solutions' commercial registration the enquirer is told so directly rather than entertained further.

The desk supports both written correspondence and coordinated calls. For debt-collection instructions, Arabic-and-English follow-up with counterparties is available as standard within the permitted scope of licence L2659365 issued by Oman's Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.

Global Fine Solutions frames the rollout as a consolidation of existing practice rather than a new service. Bilingual handling has been a feature of client work since inception; the desk simply codifies the service levels enquirers and instructing parties can expect.

No regulated service is being offered in any jurisdiction through this update. Engagements proceed only under separately negotiated documentation.
