Global Fine Solutions reaffirms scope of licensed debt-collection activity

With more enquiries arriving from outside the permitted scope, GFS republishes the exact boundaries of its MoCIIP licence L2659365 for creditors considering instructions.

Global Fine Solutions has restated the scope of its debt-collection activity licence (L2659365, codes 829101 and MCT) in response to a rise in enquiries that would fall outside what the licence actually permits.

Under this licence, GFS accepts instructions from creditors to pursue collection of overdue trade debts and bills where the engagement is consistent with the Economic Activities Licence Certificate issued by Oman's Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion. Work includes ageing reviews, correspondence in Arabic and English, field and desk coordination, and facilitation of payment plans or debt acknowledgements.

The firm has repeated three boundaries that sometimes surprise new enquirers. First, Global Fine Solutions does not purchase debts — it collects them on behalf of the instructing creditor. Second, it does not provide financing, lending, or invoice-discounting products under this licence line. Third, every mandate is reviewed against the approved scope before any collection step is taken.

Where an enquiry concerns activities outside licence L2659365 — for example, the receivables-finance line that sits under Global Fine Solutions' wider commercial registration — the firm will either redirect internally or decline, depending on fit. No enquiry is accepted merely because it could generate revenue.

Creditors considering whether to instruct the firm are invited to send counterparty details, amounts, ageing, and supporting invoice or contract references through the contact channels published on this website.
